About Callie Ann

Callie Ann Starkey is a reader, writer, and adventurer living in Nashville, Tennessee. She grew up in a small town in Northwest Alabama called Tuscumbia, where she wrote her first book in Mrs. Isbell’s fourth grade class. She hasn’t stopped writing since!

Callie Ann never grew out of kids' books. She loved them so much, she became a children’s librarian. She reads children’s books and Romance novels and can talk about either or both for hours and hours. She even reviews Picture Books for Bookpage, which you can read here!

When she isn’t reading or writing, Callie Ann is either on or planning her next daring adventure. She loves to travel to new cities as well as visit her beloved places such as Walt Disney World, the Oregon Coast, and anywhere one of her friends’ lives.
